What to look for

Ask for a recommendation
Tell it what you like, and it suggests products from the store's own catalogue.

Compare two products
Ask what the difference is. The answer comes only from the store's product information.

Add it to your cart
Say "add it to my cart". It lands in the store's own cart, ready for checkout.

Ask something it can't know
Ask about something outside the store's information, and watch it say so instead of guessing.

Sign in as a customer
Paste your demo customer address into the chat, then enter the code it shows you.

Change or pause your plan
Ask to switch to a smaller plan or pause deliveries. It happens for real — on the demo account.

Try to cancel
Say you want to cancel and see how it handles it.
Good to know
This is a test store with test data. Checkout runs in test mode: no real orders and no real payments. The customer account is a temporary test identity — it resets after two hours and is never linked to you.
