Parlel Privacy Policy
Parlel ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Parlel AI interaction framework. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Parlel.
1. Information We Collect
We collect your email address to identify your account with a connected company, messages you send during a Parlel session, and account information retrieved from connected companies on your behalf.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to retrieve account data from connected companies, provide personalised responses, and execute account actions you explicitly confirm. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only with connected companies (to retrieve your account data), Anthropic (to process messages via the Claude API, without model training), and Vercel (for hosting). We do not share your data with other third parties.
4. Data Retention
Conversation content is processed in real time and not stored permanently. Account data retrieved from connected companies is used only during your session. Usage logs are retained for up to 30 days.
5. Your Rights

6. Security
We use encrypted transmission (TLS), secure API authentication, and session isolation to protect your data.
